Treatment frequency depends on your condition. As you improve, the time between visits will increase. There are three levels of care:
Acute Care: For short-term or flare-up conditions (e.g., sprained ankle, morning sickness). Treatment is more frequent, usually 2-3 times per week.
Transitional Care: Once symptoms improve, appointments are spaced out but not too far apart.
Maintenance Care: Preventive care to avoid imbalance or illness return. Maintenance might be monthly or every few months, depending on the individual.
